The Rode NT5MP small-diaphragm condenser microphones helps you create stunning stereo recordings, offering extremely detailed sound and an excellent off-axis response whether set up as a drum overhead or used to capture a piano or choir. Of course, there's nothing stopping you from breaking up the stereo pair to record separate instruments either. Either way, the stereo bar that comes included allows you to secure both small-diaphragm condenser microphones and quickly build an X-Y or ORTF configuration with the help of the handy markers.
